NO FEES UNTIL YOU WIN
Merkle Law Firm is paid on a contingency fee basis. That means you don’t pay legal fees or costs up front. We will advance your legal costs and expenses so you don’t have to. These fees will be reimbursed to us at the end of your case when you reach a fair settlement. Our firm will then be paid a percentage of the final settlement amount you receive. That simply means you will not get a legal bill from us.
Many people try to pursue their own claims so they don’t have to pay an attorney, only to end up frustrated by the process and adding stress to an already stressful situation. It is important to know that insurance companies only pay fair settlements when a claim is presented properly and they are faced with the very real threat of going to court. Contact Merkle Law Firm right away to protect yourself.
